A partnership with history
The connection between SAILTEC and Bavaria Yachts began long before SAILTEC embarked on its current path. At that time, Managing Director Björn Rump worked closely with Bavaria at Oceanair and regularly traveled from Hamburg to Giebelstadt to service the installed products on the yachts and carry out repairs.
When Björn Rump took over SAILTEC in 2020, their paths crossed again. Bavaria Yachtbau approached him with the idea of jointly setting up an online shop through which original spare parts could be sold and shipped.
Thus, an earlier collaboration turned into a new partnership – with the common goal of offering Bavaria owners reliable and direct access to the right spare parts.
